Spectrotel Receives Positive Feedback From Agent Partner

Spectrotel recently held a webinar for its agent partners to introduce and review the Company’s newest service, Ethernet over Fiber (EOF) Internet Access. EoF provides high quality, high bandwidth Internet access over standard Ethernet interfaces which recent research indicates is in high demand. As businesses migrate to cloud services, IT departments are ensuring there are no internal or external complaints aboout quality and integrity of these hosted applications. EoF is a critical building block for customer migrations into IP service environments including SIP trunking and Hosted PBX solutions.

At the conclusion of the webinar, Spectrotel received a very positive comment from one of its subagents. We would like to share his comment:

“I liked the EOF webinar very much. The presentation was cogent and informative, while explaining everything on a level that I could understand. I was able to ask an important question at the end of the webinar and was even told that it was a good question. I immediately contacted Spectrotel with a set of bills to get pricing on this EOF offering. I have found Spectrotel to be very professional and helpful. Other telecom companies could learn a lesson from you guys.” — Jeff Goldberg, Spectrotel Subagent

Hunterdon Care Center Praises Spectrotel for Outstanding Support During Hurricane Sandy

It is not often that companies receive emails and letters of praise from their customers for a job well done. It is part of human nature to vent  frustrations and complain when there is a problem with service without the recognition of any extraordinary efforts put into solving a customer issue.  During hurricane Sandy, there were service outages by just about every electric, phone, utility, and other critical services throughout the U.S. east coast. These companies were working around the clock to restore communications and other critical services to their customers.  One of Spectrotel’s customers, Hunterdon Care Center, recognized the hard work, effort and support that it took to ensure the Care Center had its communications restored as quickly as possible.  We would like to share the customer’s letter which Spectrotel received:
——————————–
Good-Afternoon Gentlemen,

It is hard to believe that as quick as Hurricane Sandy blew in it has blown out to sea but not forgotten for the path of destruction it left in her wake.

One of my favorite quotes by Roy Rogers is “even if you are on the right track and you stand still you will get run over”. I must commend both Ron Mitchell and James Byers who I feel will never get run over because they are on the right track always moving forward in the right direction!

During the storm Hunterdon Care Center lost phone and fax service which as you can imagine is detrimental to a high acuity healthcare facility operations as well as dangerous. Both Ron and James worked tirelessly to ensure that our communication systems were restored which was no easy feat. We lost communication several times over two weeks, both Ron and James were always responsive ,understanding and brought a positive spin to a bad situation. Their expertise was greatly appreciated and suggestions of forwarding our main number to an alternate cell phone saved the day. We were in constant communication both Ron and James called me from their homes after long and exhausting days to keep me posted which I greatly appreciated. Ron and James are both experts at customer service and wonderful Spectrotel ambassadors.

I would like to thank you for the insight to hire two outstanding associates and I would like to nominate them for any type of employee recognition program you may have or recognize them as outstanding employees of 2012.

Sincerely Yours
Robert j. Kovacs L.N.H.A.
